Competency Library Setting

Competency Library is used to describe the question for the category of competency assessnent. Besides, it also groups the competency based on the position. To configure the competency library, go to Setting> Performance Setting> Competency Library menu. See the following picture of Competency Library.

The index page shows Competency and Competency Matrix tabs. The user can configure the competency in those tabs.
