Man power Plan

Manpower Plan is used to determine the total of employee needed for certain position. The difference between manpower plan and manpower plan request is, this menu is administrator menu that does not need configuration of request approval. The approved manpower plan request data will also appear in this menu as manpower plan data. To access this menu, go to Recruitment > Manpower Plan



This page displays the following information:
  1. Manpower Plan No.: It shows the unique number of manpower plan that has been added.
  2. Manpower Plan Year: It shows the year of manpower plan that has been added.
  3. Manpower Plan Period: It shows the period of manpowerplan period that has been added.
  4. Dimension 1 and Dimension 2: It shows the dimension type selected according to the period of manpower plan that has been added.
  5. Manpower Plan Date: It shows the date when manpower plan is started.
