Applicant Listing Online

To display online applicant data, then there must be data of applicants who are already enrolled inSunfish Online Recruitment.  This menu is used to enter online applicants who did apply through online recruitment into the system which order to be processed at the selection stage. Page list of online applicants appear as follows:

Index page contains some information, such as :

1. Applicant Name : Contains the name of applicants who have registered online. If you click on the name of the applicant, it will open a page of the report details the following applicants :

   
   
   

2. Birth Date: Contains information related to the applicant's date of birth.
3. Identity Card No : Contains information related to the identity card number.
4. Position Applied : Contains information related to the applied position by applicant.
5. Applied Date : Contains information related to the applied date on the position applied.
6. Then there are 3 options applicant's online status, ie :
• Unconfirmed: Shows the applicant's online status still has not been confirmed for the data entered into the system as an applicant to be processed. Radio button option is selected by default.
• Accept: Indicates the status of the online applicant has been accepted and will be processed for the selection process.
• Reject: shows the applicant's online status will be rejected and not processed for the selection process.

Click button to cancel and return to the main page. button to accept all applicants existing online to change the applicant data in accordance with the status of the selected option.
