Payroll Data Changes Log Report


This page has function to display Payroll Data Changes Log Report. This report will display changes which are occured to payroll, tax configuration, payroll field, payroll period, payroll component, and payment method. To access this page, go to Payroll > Payroll Report > Payroll Data Changes Log Report, then it will display as below.


These are the following steps in using this menu.

  1. Date: Click to set date period of reports that want to be displayed.
  2. Employee: Select employee to be displayed on the report, individual or all employees. Check the 'All' checkbox to show all employees. Uncheck the 'All' checkbox to select only several employees. Click to perform filter employee (pay attention to Filter Employee Name).
  3. Display Changes: Options which are available on Payroll Data Change that can be displayed are Payroll, Tax Setting, Payroll Field, Payroll Period, Payroll Component, and Payment Method. Check on the chekboxes of one or more available options to display Payroll Data Changes on the report based on the selected category. For example, check 'Payroll' category, 'Currency', and 'Formula', the report will display data changes which are occured to Payroll, Currency, and Formula of the selected employee. 

After all setting is done, click to display Payroll Data Change Log Report. 

 

Click to display Payroll Data Changes Report in Excel format, or click to show the report in PDF format.
